Ariana Grande cries, trips during performance on ‘Ellen’

As she was stepping down off the chair, Grande stumbled for a moment, looking as if she may take a spill in the white heeled boots she was wearing. "Thought I'd end up with Sean/But he wasn't a match/Wrote some songs about Ricky/Now I listen and laugh/Even nearly got married/And for Pete I'm so thankful/Wish I could say "Thank you" to Malcolm/'Cause he was an angel", she sings.

Adding fuel to the fire, the biography of Zandhr on Spotify appeared in the upside down font which Ariana Grande has used on her most recent album campaign.

For the performance, Grande and her backup singers, Tayla Parx and Victoria Monet, who both helped her write "thank u, next", donned all-white outfits that gave off a clear bridal vibe.

Accompanied by her two dancers, Ariana performs a routine straight out of the blockbuster film which saw Bette Midler, Goldie Hawn and Diane Keaton perform the same routine back in 1996.

"She's gone! She left!"

The singer also slipped up a bit at the end when she concluded the performance by running up the stairs through the audience.

However others felt they could relate to her visual depiction of anxiety, including shots of a cloud encompassing her head, Ariana walking in slow motion through a fast-moving room, and then walking through a frozen room.

What we love most about this video is that Ariana could have totally redone the whole thing, but chose not to.

"We were supposed to come down?" Her performance was pre-taped on November 6, but instead of changing a thing, she embraced her fall with a sense of humor and let her fans see the original take in all of its imperfect glory.
