In an exclusive interview with ABC News, First Lady Melania Trump addressed the rumors of marital unrest that have long surrounded her marriage with President Donald Trump.

Asked by ABC News if they still have a good marriage and if she loves her husband, the first lady replied, "Yes, we are fine".

Melania Trump says she loves President Donald Trump and has "much more important things to think about" than allegations he cheated on her with a porn star, a Playboy Playmate or anyone else.

Later on the show, Llamas said that Mrs. Trump "deserves our respect because she is our First Lady".

"I never talk to Mr Giuliani", she said. "I don't know. You need to ask him".

Despite the sheer magnitude of allegations that have come out against her husband - whether it was an alleged affair or something not quite as consented - Mel claimed their relationship remains undamaged.

"It's what media speculate", she concluded, "and it's gossip". However, she went ahead and detailed her 2006 alleged affair with Donald Trump in a CBS "60 Minutes" interview in March.

The 48-year-old dismissed the suggestion that repeated rumours of her husband's affairs had put a strain on their 13-year marriage.

In a previously released clip from the same interview, the first lady told Llamas there are people close to the president she does not trust, and she "let him know". It's what media speculate, and it's gossip. "Don't get me wrong; she's not happy about these things being made public, and she's not happy about an adult actress talking about what her husband's penis is supposedly like".

This also makes her the only First Lady whose first language is not English.

Asked why she thinks Giuliani shared that, "I don't know".

Like past first ladies, Melania also faces criticism of her fashion choices, which lean toward well-cut, refined but not flashy clothes from Ralph Lauren and French-American designer Herve Pierre.
