Raiders' Gruden: 'Obviously, Khalil Mack didn't want to play here'

The Packers are set to face the Minnesota Vikings in their next game.

In a more analytical light, what better game could there be to open the regular season stock report? Surely this kind of scenario couldn't play out for the Bears against a traditionally stout Packers team on their home field? He rather obviously favored his knee and limped around.

Former NASCAR driver Danica Patrick, who is now dating star Green Bay Packers quarterback Aaron Rodgers, reacted to his unbelievable win during Sunday Night Football on Sunday evening (September 9) against the Chicago Bears.

"This is what we are paid to do", Packers quarterback Aaron Rodgers said Sunday in his postgame press conference. I was walking up and down the sideline trying to keep it loose.

ESPN's Josina Anderson, however, was able to get a little bit of information out of someone in Green Bay or close to Rodgers. Once they traded him to Chicago, he signed a record-breaking, six-year, $141 million contract extension, with $90 million in guaranteed money and $60 million at signing.

Rodgers was sore when the team returned to Lambeau Field on Monday, McCarthy said.

Mack had an electrifying debut with the Bears on Sunday night, accumulating a sack, a fumble recovery, and an interception return for a touchdown.

Jimmy Garoppolo finally lost his first game as an National Football League starter at the eighth time of asking as he and the San Francisco 49ers felt the full force of the Minnesota Vikings' defence in a 24-16 defeat in Minneapolis. The first was about as bad as it could ever get for Packers fans.

Mack was everywhere, it seemed, as the Bears knocked Rodgers from the game. "Like I said, we're not that far". "I was having a hard time putting weight on it". Most importantly it appears Rodgers trusts him enough for him to start on the outside opposite Davante Adams all season.

Which is what he did.

The lead became 20-0 early in the second half but a hobbling Rodgers sparked a tremendous comeback as he threw three touchdown passes to pinch the game from their NFC North rivals.

He finished with 286 yards passing and three touchdowns. "He actually nearly threw an interception and (Bears safety Kyle Fuller) dropped it, and immediately after that point it was like, 'Yeah, (the Bears are) going to lose".

After the stunning comeback, Packers quarterback Aaron Rodgers told NBC's Michele Tafoya, "I'm playing next week". I was disappointed with the field goal.

"We were running the ball well", Trubisky said. "It was pretty special".
