Samara: Brazil superstar Neymar brushed off his critics after firing the five-time World Cup winners to victory Monday over Mexico.

His actions prompted criticism from Layun and Mexico head coach Juan Carlos Osorio, but Silva believes Neymar's style is bound to draw contact.

The 20-second-clip features children running on a field, each dodging their own football.

With a goal and an assist, Neymar propelled Brazil into the quarterfinals of a tournament it has won five times. His replacement Felipe Luis usually is more solid defensively and gets forward well but has just come back from a broken leg, while, Fagner, who played on the right is no Alves.

Miguel Layun appeared to push his toe down onto Neymar's ankle, and while it was difficult to determine how hard the pressure was, Neymar writhed around for several minutes.

Brazil's steady progress into the quarter-finals of the World Cup has marked them out as one of the favorites. No surprises then that the duo became the most mentioned players on the platform for the Round of 16.

All told, the Brazilian has suffered 23 fouls (and we use the word "foul" incredibly loosely there) in four games at the tournament - the most of any player.
