The Royal Wedding Drama Around Meghan Markle's Dad, Explained

In an effort not to embarrass his daughter or the the royal family, he says, Thomas Markle told the outlet he won't be attending the royal wedding. This week, the UK's Express reported that a mysterious vandal has apparently been running around the location of the royal wedding spray-painting every conceivable surface with the word "fork".

Incase you haven't heard, the wedding of the year is set to take place on Saturday with American actress Meghan Markle due to marry Prince Harry.

In the last 24 hours, Ms Ragland was spotted walking her dogs in LA.

He was due to meet the Queen, her husband and other senior members of the Windsor family this week.

This week, reports emerged that Thomas Markle would not be attending the royal wedding after suffering a heart attack.

According to TMZ he is still receiving treatment for the heart attack, but is hopeful he will be able to fly to the United Kingdom for the wedding.

Markle's health problems allegedly occurred after news of staged paparazzi photos broke, with daughter Samantha Grant later taking responsibility for the unfortunate situation.

Page boys announced with Prince George will be six-year-old Jasper Dyer, godson of Prince Harry and the son of his close friend Mark Dyer, and seven-year-olds Brian Mulroney and John Mulroney, both sons of Markle's close friends.

Meghan will be married to Prince Harry on May 19.

But while drama continues to surround the royal wedding, as Meghan's father confirms he will no longer walk his daughter down the aisle, it's the absence of Prince Harry's mother that hangs heavy in the air. Media cameras are expected to follow Markle from her overnight venue to the chapel. He later told TMZ it was "stupid" but that he did not see it as a colossal mistake.
