ABC/Image Group LAKaty Perry is ready to punch up your makeup routine with her third collection for CoverGirl. I still wish Harry Connick Jr. had come back, but I like these three American Idol judges. That's why I found myself loving this audition.

After a montage of young singers, we focus on Andrew Weaver, a 16-year-old from Bremen, Georgia, who auditions with Ed Sheeran's "Thinking Out Loud". It was clear William was battling a case of nervous, but the judges had no complaints and decided on a unanimous "yes" to send him to Hollywood. This time he sings "Don't You Worry Child", and Lionel Richie gives him a hug and a golden ticket. The 27-year-old California native totally stole the spotlight during his audition, along with judge Katy Perry's heart - and it's easy to see why.

Like on The Voice, I would like to hear the judges tell the contestants what they want to work on with them and some things they can improve. Self-professed "show woman" Michelle Sussett arrived on the scene to make people "dance, laugh, enjoy music, and make them have a super, super happy moment".

Singer Katy Perry says short hair has changed her outlook on make-up as she feels it leaves nothing to hide behind. Katy acknowledged Ariana Grande songs are very hard to sing because she's one of the best vocalists in the industry right now and she appreciated the grit and rock Gabbii brought to the song. And Lionel hugged her. After telling pieces of his heartbreaking story, Francisco sat down to perform an acoustic rendition of Stevie Wonder's "Isn't She Lovely".

"You're in", Katy said without any further thought.

Garrett Jacobs, a 17-year-old high school student from Bossier City, LA, was up next and belted out JAmes Brown's "It's a Man's Man's Man's World". David Francisco, 25, lives in Nashville, Tennessee and was hit by a vehicle and paralyzed from the waist down.

Misha Gontar, 26, Marengo, Illinois: Originally from the Ukraine, Misha sang a super-catchy but incredibly weird song that featured an "oo-ee-oh/bow bow bow" chant and speed-rapping in what we assume was Ukranian.
