Just when you thought the NCAA couldn't get any dumber, they agree to this trash. However, they'll be participating in the NIT this year and should be one of the tournament favorites. Texas A&M beat Alabama by just two in a hard-fought game in the last game of the season.

The Cowboys were 3-2 in their other five nonconference matchups, including a 71-70 win over Florida State, a projected tournament team.

Kansas State (10 seed)- Kansas State is pretty safe in my eyes, and I actually believe they will still receive a ticket to the NCAA Tournament if they lose to TCU in the quarterfinals of the Big 12 Tournament.

"We're headed into the NCAA Tournament so I think it could help us out". With a loss, I would put Oklahoma in, but I am not sure if the committee would do the same, so it would be a waiting game for the Sooners. The Cavaliers are No. 1 in the RPI and in KenPom, won the ACC regular-season race by four games and own a 9-1 record against Quadrant 1 opponents through Sunday's games — Quadrant 1 contests are home games vs. teams ranked 1-30 in RPI, neutral games vs. 1-50 and away games vs. 1-75. Next up for the Orange is North Carolina, giving Jim Boeheim's team a shot at a win that would do wonders for their NCAA tournament hopes. In two of those appearances they made it to the Sweet 16 and in one year they made it as far as the Elite Eight. "Even as a 3, they might end up in Dallas, Charlotte, or Wichita". Only time will tell as fans get ready to cheer on their favorite teams during this exciting month.

MI won its third Big Ten Tournament championship on Sunday.

The NCAA Tournament is derived from automatic bids and at-large bids. I know I will not be missing a game nor will I be missing any of the great eats. This then determines a Quadrant one win or loss and so on and so forth.

Each year, a rotating 10-person committee is tasked with selecting and seeding teams to compete in the National Collegiate Athletic Association (NCAA) Men's Basketball Tournament. Who will be this year's Cinderella story that will capture the heart of the nation? Also, check to see if you're on the right channel.

The selection show will air Sunday at 6 p.m. ET, with hosts Ernie Johnson and Greg Gumbel joined by analysts Clark Kellogg, Seth Davis, Charles Barkley, and Kenny Smith.

The week's biggest fall belonged to Rhode Island.

As for the No. 12 Tar Heels, they finished tied for third in the standings but ended up as the No. 6 seed due to tiebreakers. And for Tennessee basketball, that begins with the SEC Tournament.

For Michigan and Michigan State, there is no doubt about inclusion in the field.

TSN's Nabil Karim and Kate Beirness host NCAA® MARCH MADNESS® from the TSN Studio alongside basketball analysts Leo Rautins, Sam Mitchell, and 2018 Canadian Screen Award victor for Best Sports Analyst, Jack Armstrong, delivering comprehensive pre-game, halftime, and post-game analysis of the day's action.
