"What impressed me was the level of maturity they showed in the age of social media, most of which I am not even aware of", he added.

The Mumbai cricket team, which started its Vijay Hazare Trophy campaign with a 74-run win against Madhya Pradesh, will be bolstered by the presence of India U-19 World Cup victor Prithvi Shaw when it takes on Tamil Nadu at the Sri Sivasubramaniya Nadar College of Engineering Ground here on Thursday. Dravid cautioned that the real test awaits his young players. "The week during the auction was a bit stressful but credit to the boys". Once again he has proved why he is called the best gentleman ever to have played the sport. They certainly carried forward the confidence from New Zealand to India as they addressed a swarm of reporters here with coach Rahul Dravid after arriving from the Antipodes. Head Coach Rahul Dravid played his cricket with sincerity and it was pleasing to see the boys uphold the value. "The boys will be playing the first class matches and won't be remembered like the way were in the World Cup". He was the Vice Captain of the team that lost the 2003 ICC Cricket World Cup final, incidentally against an Australian side. Hosting the World Cup in smaller venues is still the future forward, as it allows players to soak in the cultures of different cricketing nations and also allows them to roam around with freedom. "The real satisfaction is about the whole process that was followed in the last 15 to 16 months".

"I am very happy and proud". They thoroughly deserve it. "In the past two-three years, I have worked hard to play for the India under-19 side". Obviously when you go to a higher level, you get good experience from your senior players.

According to the Indian Express, Dravid has expressed his displeasure at the disparity between the cash prize he won versus his support staff and team. "I'm just happy for the Under-19 boys for their achievement", he said. For any talented teenager, learning that you could soon be earning a paycheck of a few crores can be overwhelming - and distracting - when you are in the middle of the most important tournament of your nascent career.

Rahul Dravid is on the receiving end of all praises and applause for crafting an invincible team out of these young and vibrant talents.
