With help from 4-time Major Champion, Rory McIlroy, the video welcomes golfers tuning into the action of the Abu Dhabi HSBC Championship presented by EGA to experience a "Day in the Life" of the club from a member's or guest's perspective. He's a four-time runner-up in Abu Dhabi.

The flawless way to bounce back from his only dropped shot of the day at the previous hole, that gave Gallacher a three-under 69 and a seven-under total after 54 holes to sit joint-30th. I gave myself a chance at the end of the year at Close House and wasn't able to do it. Paul Dunne played too well for me.

"My only bogey was from being in a bunker at the 17th, not having a good lie and then finding another bunker. I didn't hit many good shots there but it's still nice to make a par on the last after the mess I made".

After his round, McIlroy told Sky Sports Golf: "I putted really well and hit the ball very well. Go out with the same attitude and hopefully I'll swing it the same and have a lot more chances and we'll see what happens".

Gallacher came out early to the UAE to prepare for both this event and next week's Omega Dubai Desert Classic, the tournament he won back-to-back in 2013 and 2014. I've had a lot of close calls here, I think about six top threes or something like that. By the age of 18 he'd turned professional and two years later he qualified as a PGA pro.One of Barrington's many talents is his ability to hit a golf a very long way.

It was a miserable day for Jorge Campillo, though, as he tumbled from second to joint 17th courtesy of a level-par 72.

"I was just trying to hang on".

The 23-year-old Englishman only parred three holes - the third, seventh and 11th - as he made a blistering start with nine birdies in ideal conditions at the Abu Dhabi Golf Club. Obviously there are some standard shots that us trick shot guys would do."And then you'll see somebody do something on the golf course with a club and ball and it looked really odd and you think 'well if I could do that a little bit different, that could be a trick shot."His love of golf started when his Mom brought him a set of clubs for his 11th birthday".

Ramsay spoke after the opening two days about how his start to the season had left him feeling confident about winning this year and that is still the case. "I missed a lot of putts today".

"I'm happy with my game and that's just what I've got to go out and do tomorrow".
