Kim Kardashian just opened up about the process of choosing a surrogate for her third baby, and admitted it was extremely hard not to carry her own child.

"I have always been really honest about my struggles with pregnancy", wrote Kardashian via People. After enduring two high-risk pregnancies with her 4-year-old daughter, North, and 2-year-old son, Saint, due to preeclampsia and placenta accreta, Kardashian didn't want to take any chances.

The woman who carried Kardashian and West's child is technically called a gestational carrier, Kardashian explained, since she was not a biological family member, and because the famous couple implanted an already fertilized egg into the carrier. "Our gestational carrier gave us the greatest gift one could give", wrote Kim.

Fans think that Kardashian may have posted a cryptic clue as to the baby's name in the form of an Instagram post of the famed Louis Vuitton print.

Kim appeared to give a hint on Instagram that same evening as she shared an image of the Louis Vuitton logo on Instagram. "It's not for everyone, but I absolutely love my gestational carrier and this was the best experience I've ever had", she continues.

Meanwhile, the 'momager' of the Kardashian clan, Kris Jenner is anxious for her daughter's privacy after she called her to tell her she caught one of her employees taking photos of her inside her home.

A source told Life & Style that Kim hasn't been flaunting her assets so much on social media lately because she is thinking to get a butt reduction procedure. When a photog suggested his mom's name Donda, he replied, "That's fire". Perhaps she was honoring the departing director AND the baby is named after Louis Vuitton.

Others don't think the Louis V. pics have anything to do with the baby's name, and have theories of their own.

Baby K will don designer wear as Kim is said to have stocked her wardrobe with a reported £72,000 worth of clothing from designers like Dolce & Gabbana.
