A Texas sports reporter is missing and there are fears something bad happened.

UPDATE: Houston Police tweeted out that Roland was found, seemingly unharmed, around 9:35 am.

She also covers high school football recruiting across the Southeast Texas area.

Cruz said she appeared to have spent much of her time searching for her phone, which was found in the Jeep along with other personal items. "Roland got out of her auto and the truck sped off". The roommate said the blue truck looped back around and parked behind her and Roland got out of her vehicle and the truck sped off.

Express UK reports Ms Roland's mother received a suspicious message from her daughter's phone. "I am buying an iPad", according to Click 2 Houston. Roland's Jeep Cherokee was found close to the mall just after midnight on Monday.

Anyone with information is urged to contact the Houston police department at 832-394-1840.

She'd already last been seen at around 4 p.m. Saturday when she secured a Houston football preparing camp, KPRC detailed. She had texted her roommate that a suspicious man in a blue truck was following her, according to Houston-based KPRC.

"If somebody has her, we just want to tell them we love you too", Courtney Roland's father, Steve Roland, told KHOU.

Police said Monday that 29-year-old Courtney Roland suffered memory loss as a result of her reaction to the medication and she's continuing to be evaluated at a hospital.

"When our people were talking with her she seemed pretty confused about everything", police Lt. Manuel Cruz Jr. said.
